I had the elk scored that I shot with a crossbow this year in ID. The elks antlers gross scored 264. We didnt worry about the deductions, which wouldve put him just below the needed 260 points to qualify for Pope and Young. I will be joining Safari International and entering him for their record books. By their books, which is for members only, he will be the #4 elk taken with a crossbow! Pretty cool stuff….now if I could just see a deer with my crossbow back in WI. Oh well, I guess I shouldnt be greedy. 2009 has already been a great year.

Female Lab available for placement in our foster guardian program. We are looking for a home for SHR Soggy Acres Josie Lee WC. Josie is a great hunting dog with a wonderful disposition. She is available thru our foster guardian program. The basic gist of the program is that our families get a great, trained hunting… dog. Our kennel keeps the breeding rights and ownership of the dogs. Check out our discussion board on facebook for more info. I just spoke to the producer for Outdoor Wiscsonsin. The episode shot on our kennel on May 8th, 2009 will air sometime in February or early March.
